Support

The CASYMIR service network functions by the 24/7 system. For our customers, this means around-the-clock availability. Since they include contextual information such as system specifics, mask, navigation path and field contents, the user can focus on the formulation of his request. The support request is directly forwarded to a competent advisor for treatment.
It goes without saying that CASYMIR customers may also use common means of communication to establish contact with the CASYMIR team.

Consulting

The CASYMIR team supports you from training and software validation to process optimization.
Through information events and news workshops, The CASYMIR training program ensures that your staff is always up-to-date.
Validation consulting is a service concerned with documenting proof that an IT system functions according to defined and requirements and complies with legal standards.

The CASYMIR team supports you fully.

Development

Besides emergency scenarios, support is also available if you require a new feature, e.g. the extension of a procedure. They will take care of your problem, and if the feature proves of general interest, it will be integrated into CASYMIR at your advantage.

Data transfer

A documented interface «Casytrans» is available for data transfer from third-party systems. The transfer procedure can be configured freely and automatized according to different criteria.

IT infrastructure

The CASYMIR Team  can, on request, deliver all hardware components necessary to the operation of the CASYMIR ERP-II solution.
This way, the customer gets a «single source» system, by which the point of contact for any kind of problem is always clear, regardless whether hey are hardware- or software-related. Our hardware is evaluated according to selected criteria, e.g. performance, reliability, long-term maintainability and the availability of replacement components.

Project management

The Project management enables planning, evaluation and coordination of project phases during the entire software implementation period.
You have a strong partner at your side with a high-quality ERP system.
